This past Friday, Brentwood Baptist high school students and their friends came together in the Connection Center after their local school football games.

Anna Goetz, Connection Center Community Outreach Coordinator, said, "A lot of our students have said they would want somewhere to go, and a lot of our students' parents have expressed an interest in wanting to have a safe place for their students to come and hang out after the games."

This past Friday, more than 100 students and volunteers came out for the main event—and half of those in attendance were guests.

"We had a live student band play—two of the students are members of our church," Anna said. "We also were able to set up a Rock Band competition on the screens in Hudson Hall, which was a huge success."

The End Zone's next event is scheduled for Friday, October 2 from 9:00-11:30 p.m. Activities and game are planned for those who attend the games and those who don't.
