Nashville Regional Campus Resolution Affirmed by Congregation

The Trustees and staff leaders of Brentwood Baptist Church will proceed to assemble a launch team for its next regional campus following congregational approval of a resolution presented by the Trustees on Sundays, June 23 and 30. The resolution passed with overwhelming affirmation of 99.8%.

On the second and final Sunday for the congregational vote, Aaron Bryant, previously identified and selected by the Trustees as the Campus and Teaching Pastor of the new Nashville regional campus pending a positive vote, said in a video presentation, “There are hundreds of thousands of people who live in the city of Nashville who will never venture out and come to us unless we take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to them.”

The affirmative vote will allow the vision for a new work in the Belmont, Hillsboro, 12 South, Melrose areas of the city to become a reality. The regional campus model is part of the Brentwood Baptist’s Church Multiplication initiative, which also includes church planting and people group congregations.
