Committed to serving homeless, hurting, addicted, and forgotten individuals living on Skid Row, this ministry helps people regain their dignity and restores hope to the hopeless through Jesus Christ. By providing meals, food, clothing, daily Bible study, weekly church services, and movie days, Set Free is committed to connecting people with Jesus and helping them find restored faith, healing, and wholeness.

We are most like Jesus when we serve others. By showing intentional love for people, especially those who have been overlooked and forgotten by the world, we begin to have a greater impact on the world around us. We create change, and God changes us. "For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat,"..."whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me."



Having once lived a life of hopelessness and addiction on the streets of Skid Row, Pastor Ron, founder of Set Free Skid Row Ministries, knows first-hand the desperation and despair facing the individuals living in such discouraging circumstances. Pastor Ron serves as an example and testimony that God can deliver people from the gravest of situations and offer hope to be "set free" from addiction.


In July 2009, Kairos teamed up with Set Free Skid Row Ministry to serve the people living on these streets. Read about this life-changing, unforgettable experience!
