Welcome! We know stepping foot in a new place can be intimidating, so check out our answers to the top 10 most frequently asked questions- they might put you at ease!

1. What is Kairos?
Kairos is a non-denominational worship experience that meets at Brentwood Baptist Church (BBC, 7777 Concord Rd, Brentwood, TN 37027) at 7pm on Tuesdays.

2. What time does Kairos start/how long is the service?
Kairos starts promptly at 7:00 and concludes around 8:15.

3. Where do I go?
BBC has an awesome facility called The Connection Center that hosts Kairos each week. Main doors from the outside at BBC are labeled with letters. The Connection Center is accessed through “Door G” or “Door H.” Don’t worry, if you can’t find the letters just follow the flow of people in from the parking lot!

4. What do I wear?
Kairos is laid back, a 'come-as-you-are' time- no need to dress up! Come straight from work, come straight from working out, we are just glad you come!

5. What happens during Kairos?
Kairos starts with a live band leading praise and worship. That is followed by a time of prayer and teaching led by Mike Glenn, the senior pastor at BBC. The band leads more prayer and worship at the end.

6. Is childcare provided?
Yes! Childcare is offered. The door most accessible to the childcare area is door F, on the far side of the church from Concord Road.

7. I work until 6:30! Help! How will I ever have time to eat dinner?
Great question! So glad you asked. The Connection Center has a café that serves pizza, deli sandwiches and salads as well as coffee and blended drinks. In addition, Kairos serves free coffee and has Chick-fil-a sandwiches available for purchase. You can easily grab a bite to eat on your way in.

8. What if I have a question?
If you have a question once you get to Kairos, we have greeters around who are prepared to answer it! Kairos greeters wear fluorescent green shirts that say “CREW” on the back- quite easy to spot!

9. How do I meet people and get connected?
SIGN UP! Kairos has so many opportunities- from service to sports to Bible study. By getting involved in any of these activities, you’ll get to meet an awesome smaller group of other Kairos-goers and new friends.

10. Who goes to Kairos?
YOU go to Kairos and are an integral part of the Kairos team! You might be new to Nashville; moved here after college, or relocated for a job. You might be seeking a place to connect to others and connect to God. You may have lived in Nashville your entire life and just now realized that Christian fellowship with others doesn’t just come and find you when you’re grown up. You might be in your 20’s; you might be in your 80’s. You might be new to Jesus. You might desire a worship experience that is more than words. You might be looking for an opportunity to serve.
