Information
As our church has rapidly grown over the past few years, so has the increase in the number of children born into our congregation. Brentwood Baptist Church hosts Parent-Child Dedication Services on a quarterly basis. These take place on Sunday afternoons at 3:00 p.m. in the Worship Center. The service includes music, scripture readings, presentation of families, and a reception following the ceremony in the Atrium. These services are open to family, friends, and anyone else who would like to attend. The services are also live streamed for those who are unable to attend.
Parent-Child Dedications are for church members, those families that are in the process of becoming members, and church attendees. It is, most often, for those families with a child under the age of one. There are a few that are over the age of one, but most are younger.
Parents are required to attend the Orientation class prior to the Parent-Child Dedication. The orientation classes will be in a room upstairs in the Children's area at 6:00 p.m.
Childcare is available during these classes by making reservations at
324-6160 or childcare@brentwoodbaptist.com.
Please contact the Preschool Ministry office at 324-6122 or aedwards@brentwoodbaptist.com to RSVP for the classes and the dedication service. There is no childcare for the dedication service.
