Larry Eckman is a graduate of the Institute for Life Coach Training in the Foundations Course. The Christian Track is the first Christian program accredited by the International Coaching Federation. He is also a member of the Christian Coaches Network. Tim's passion is helping people turn their thinking into action. When this kind of thinking takes place people are able to take next steps in their vocational, personal, and spiritual lives, connecting with information that has been previously learned or experienced and somehow forgotten.
Tim has been in ministry for 40 years and served seven churches. He has also worked as a denominational employee with Lifeway (Baptist Sunday School Board) and the Tennessee Baptist Convention.
Tim is currently working on a Doctor of Ministry degree in leadership and coaching and is near completing the first level of International Coaching Federation certification.

Tom McMinn is recently retired from LifeWay Christian Resources after 33+ years in leadership development, management and event planning. Previous to LifeWay, Tom was on staff at various churches and Baptist association offices. During his 34 years at Brentwood Baptist, he has held many leadership positions. Transitioning to a new career, he is working toward certification as a coach with International Coaching Federation as he coaches individuals and teams in life situations, career moves, and leadership.
