Mobile Mission Ministry
Lee Harrison was blessed with a successful career in Michigan before moving to Nashville. “During those years my wife and I enjoyed serving others and supporting mission projects and causes.” Then God led Lee & Priscilla Harrison to the Tennessee Baptist Children's Home in 2004. “One of our greatest joys was to love, guide, and influence these children and youth.”
Now God has changed their direction. After 32 years of selling machine parts and 5 years working with abandoned and troubled teenagers. God has called Lee and Priscilla to another chapter; to be local missionaries. Mobile Mission Ministry was launched on May 18, 2010 when the North American Mission Board assigned Lee to serve the local communities of Nashville and beyond. Mobile Mission Ministry has formed a partnership with Mission Service Corps of the North American Mission Board and Brentwood Baptist Church.
Mission Service Corps, established in 1977, is a team of self-funded missionaries who serve for two years or more. “We are trusting God for ministry partners who share our concerns for the poor and disadvantaged. We are committed to work diligently to touch the lives of people for Jesus Christ. This has been a time of great stretching for us and we have grown to depend on God immensely. God has shown us the great needs where we live and has led us to serve the local community.”
