Preschool Ministry

We value all preschoolers—babies, ones, twos, threes, fours, and kindergartners.

Any time a child comes to church, we're grateful for the opportunity to help him or her understand more about God, Jesus, the Bible, the church, and God's creation—and how God made that child to relate to family, community, and the world around us.

Jesus said, "Leave the little children alone, and don't try to keep them from coming to Me, because the kingdom of heaven is made up of people like this" (Matthew 19:14, HCSB).

The preschool years are crucial in building a strong spiritual foundation for your child's developing faith. We believe God created children with the capacity to learn about Him—and our teachers come prepared to teach, love, and care for each child.

We look forward to partnering with you as we move together toward a better of understanding of Christ and His special plan for your family.

Preschool LIFE Group Classes
8:00, 9:30, & 11:00 AM

Preschoolers may attend while their parents are in LIFE Groups or worship. Teachers prepare for the sessions using curriculum called Bible Teaching for Kids from LifeWay Christian Resources.

Each age group participates in planned learning activities based on a central Bible teaching truth/verse and a Bible story. They also hear the biblical message on their level of understanding. We want children to value coming to church.

Parents will receive a take-home page designed to help them reinforce the biblical message throughout the week.

Childcare (Birth–Kindergarten) | 6:00 PM
KidLife (3 Years Old–Kindergarten) | 6:00 PM

Preschool music begins at 6:00 p.m. and Bible learning with a mission's emphasis (Bible story, activities, recreation) begins at 6:45 p.m.

First-Time Guests

If you're a first-time guest, you're welcome at any time!

We ask that you stop by one of our Preschool Welcome Desks and check in your child. Simply fill out our Information Card and someone will give you a security nametag. Then, we'll show you where your child's class is located and introduce you to their teachers.

If you have an infant or toddler, we ask that you complete one more card to help us better care for your child. The card will be placed in the crib or diaper bag. You'll receive a Brentwood Preschool Diaper Bag Tag so we can identify your child's bag.
